- Some things to note about Mobile Serve and service hours that were due yesterday:
- If your Mobile Serve account is saying you have zero hours or a number of hours that is much lower than you think it should be, make sure you hours are showing “All Time” and NOT “Since 4/18/2026”.
- If you still have “Pending” hours, you need to make sure that you get those hours verified by May 1st for them to be counted.
- It may take a little bit for the verification emails to get out from Mobile Serve since there were MANY students who waited till the minute to log hours.
- Click on the wheel by your name on the home page of your Mobile Serve account and make sure that your email on your Mobile Serve account is your Bishop Dwenger email. If that is not the email showing then you have an issue. Only hours on the Bishop Dwenger email Mobile Serve page will show up for Ms. Wolf. If you have questions about this, see Ms. Wolf after school and she will help you.
- Lastly, Ms. Wolf is not in the building today as she is on retreat with the Senior girls. She will be in her office for a bit after school to answer any questions.
