January 19

  • There will NOT be a 7:15am Mass on Tuesday.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
  • 🎶 Show Choir Triumph! 🎶  This past Saturday, Bishop Dwenger Show Choir delivered an outstanding performance at the Beavercreek Friends Show Choir Invitational in Ohio, earning the title of Grand Champion in the Small Mixed Division! 🏆 Adding to this incredible achievement, Jenna Belot was recognized as Outstanding Crew Member, and Rafael Cucueco received the honor of Outstanding Performer. Your hard work, dedication, and talent truly shined on and off the stage. The momentum continues this Saturday as our show choir heads to compete at the North Royalton Showdown. We wish them the very best as they represent Bishop Dwenger with pride and excellence. 💙 Go Saints! 💙
  • Time is ticking to sell Saints Alive! Blue & Gold 50/50 raffle tickets! Tickets are $10 each, and every ticket you sell earns $5 to your team, group, or club!  The team that sells the most tickets will get a $500 bonus!
    PLUS: Each day during Snowcoming week, a purchased ticket will be drawn. The winning ticket buyer AND team/group/club will receive $100 EACH, and the winning seller will be sent to the main office to pick a prize! You can pick tickets up at the front office or check your Canvas for the online sale link. 
  • FBLA is headed to the Spring Leadership Conference, March 13th–15th in Muncie — and you’re invited! Get ready for competition, leadership events, team-building, and a whole lot of fun while facing off against schools from across Indiana.
    And let’s be honest… we have one very important goal this year: beating last year’s winner, Bishop Luers.  If you’re ready to compete, learn, and help bring that win back to Bishop Dwenger, see Mrs. Lewis or Mrs. Weadock to sign up.

January 16

  • Reminder:  School will be in session on Monday at regular time.
  • The PAWS club will have a meeting  AFTER SCHOOL today in room 233, Mrs. Long's room.  We will be making treats for the shelter dogs and discussing the next movie.
  • Time is ticking to sell Saints Alive! Blue & Gold 50/50 raffle tickets!  It is the perfect time to sell to your family and friends! Tickets are $10 each, and every ticket you sell earns $5 to your team, group, or club!  The team that sells the most tickets will get a $500 bonus!
    PLUS: Each day during Snowcoming week, a purchased ticket will be drawn. The winning ticket seller, buyer, AND team/group/club will receive $100 EACH! January 15

  • Saints Alive Centurions  for Thursday and Saturday night - please check canvas for a message about costumes and respond to Mrs. McTague.
  • The PAWS club will have a meeting tomorrow AFTER SCHOOL in room 233, Mrs. Long's room.  We will be making treats for the shelter dogs and discussing the next movie.
  • We will begin playing pin-pong TODAY in the cafeteria after school from now until the end of February.  We are looking for the best ping-pong players in the school to take on Concordia in a competitive match in March.  Any qurdtions, see Mr. Andrew Jones.
  •  There is a mandatory meeting after school today at 3:10 in the Library for all those who are signed up to attend the March for Life.  If you cannot attend this meeting, you need to see Ms. Wolf in Pastoral Ministry to get information about a make-up meeting. 

January 14

  • This is a reminder for all those attending the March for Life on Thursday, January 22nd - there is a mandatory meeting on Thursday, January 15th at 3:10 in the Library for all those who are signed up to attend the March for Life.  If you cannot attend this meeting, you need to see Ms. Wolf in Pastoral Ministry to get information about a make-up meeting. 
  • The Music Club will be meeting Wednesday, January 14th, after school in Mrs. Heisler's room until 3:45. All are welcome! 
  • There will be a Fine Arts Academic Team meeting todayfrom 3:10-3:30 in room 231.

  • The BD Theater Department is excited to announce auditions for our upcoming high school production of Disney’s The Little Mermaid! Auditions will be held TODAY after school in the choir room until 6:00 PM.  Everyone is welcome—no experience necessary!
  • Poetry Club will have its next meeting this Thursday at 3:05pm in room 102.  All are welcome to join.  If you have questions, see Mrs. Brady.

January 13

  • If you are planning on going to Euell Wilson today, make sure you should have your permission slip turned in and are signed up on the Mobile Serve app.

  • Attention students: If you plan to attend the March for Life on January 22nd in Indianapolis you need to have your permission slips and money turned into Ms. Wolf by January 14th.
  • Those students attending the March for Life in Indianapolis will need to attend a mandatory information meeting on January 15th at 3:15 in the library. If you are unable to attend this meeting for some reason, you need to see Ms. Wolf.
  • The second semester blood drive is coming soon on February 10th. Students who are 16 years or older are eligible to give blood. If you would like to donate blood, choose an open time slot on the MobileServe app, pick-up your permission slip in Pastoral Ministry, and turn in your completed permission slip to Ms. Wolf in Pastoral Ministry.
  • Attention BDHS Medical Club: Our first meeting of 2026 will be held in the library on Tuesday, January 13th, at 7 AM. We will be practicing how to place an IV in a patient’s arm, and discussing the upcoming CPR certification dates. All are welcome, new and returning students!
  • Dive Into Our Spring Musical!
    The BD Theater Department is excited to announce auditions for our upcoming high school production of Disney’s The Little Mermaid! Auditions will be held after school on January 14th in the choir room until 6:00 PM. Everyone is welcome—no experience necessary! Students interested in performing should come to the music room to pick up an audition packet and materials. Audition packets are available now and include everything you need to prepare. Want to be part of the show behind the scenes? Joining the crew is easy! Crew members only need to sign up on the list posted on the choir room door—no audition required. Don’t miss your chance to be part of this magical adventure under the sea. Stop by the music room today for your packet, and we’ll see you on January 14th!
  • Recycling with S.E.A. Will start up again next week on Tuesday and Wednesday. Unless announced, these will be our recycling days for the second semester which counts for both FLEX and LIST hours.

  • Students AND Parents - this is a friendly reminder that when exiting the Clinton Lot Parking lot onto Clinton street, you may ONLY make a right hand turn.  You CANNOT make a left hand turn onto Clinton street during dismissal.  This street is too busy and you risk getting into an accident.  Signs are posted at that entrance that you may not make a left hand turn. Please follow this traffic safety rule.
  • Book Club will meet today after school in Mrs. Yanez's room, 223.
