Junior Parents:
On Tuesday, January 16 at 7:30 PM in the Queen of All Saints Chapel, the BD Guidance Office and Administration are hosting an information session regarding recent changes to the Graduation Pathways. These changes will be felt most by students not on track for the Academic Honors Diploma. Therefore, we feel this meeting will be especially important for the parents of students earning the standard Core 40 Diploma.
The Three Graduation Pathways Requirement Are:
- Earn a Diploma
- Demonstrate Employability Skills
- One Postsecondary-Ready Competency
By the end of January, counselors will start to meet with students to discuss course selections for the 2024-25 school year. The Graduation Pathways have heightened the importance of course selection decisions. We hope this information session will help parents and students make the best possible decisions.
